Building components and building elements
Insulation of building components and building elements is difficult. These building elements often represent a weak point in the insulation; despite an insulated building envelope, this may lead to energy loss due to thermal bridges, or to water condensation. CALOSTAT® is the solution here to provide slim and reliable insulation even at these difficult spots. Roller shutter boxes, reveal profiles, and dormers as well as narrow places in the facade can be easily and reliably insulated with CALOSTAT®.
REFERENCE PROJECT OFFICE BUILDING, MUNICH (GERMANY)
The office complex is located in Arnulfpark, the new residential and commercial district of Munich between the Hackerbrücke and the Donnersbergerbrücke.
The characteristic golden-bronze aluminum frames of the building carry forward the three-dimensional structure of the facade elements in the overall architectural ensemble.
The new building is fitted with facade elements of a total area of about 13,000 square meters and the novel external-blind solar protection system. CALOSTAT® satisfies all the fire protection requirements here, without the need for any special fire-protection paneling. The office building has been designed as a green building and offers space for more than 1,300 workplaces.
